- The Body Wisdom Program – Once you are enrolled in the program, you’ll receive your Intro to Body Wisdom so we can get started right away in your first session where we’ll set clear goals and create the right conditions for inevitable success.
- Private 1:1 Coaching Calls – Each call includes a discussion of your progress, coaching around challenges, and setting clear, simple action steps for you to implement between sessions.
- Group Coaching Calls – Each week we’ll cover life-changing material to facilitate deep personal change and transformation to help you reach your goals.
- Additional Support – You’ll receive personalized recommendations, worksheets, recipes, checklists and recordings to support you on your journey.
