When I worked in my clinic as a Holistic Physician, my schedule filled with patients for 1-1 appointments. I was frustrated. I’d been a member of enough business groups and masterminds to know that being part of a group with common objectives is much easier than going it alone.

When I played sports, we were all in great shape, learning better social dynamics, and having fun. I couldn’t understand why creating life-changing wellness groups wasn’t part of my Medical School training. It didn’t make sense.
